“Getting to know so many women and to help change their lives has been one of my greatest joys,” says Shirley Gilder. “And because of that, my dream of having financial independence followed.”

Shirley was introduced to BeautiControl when her friend invited her to a party. While she was there, she couldn’t decide whether or not to book her own party. “I went home, prayed about it and then felt like the Lord was opening a door for me, so I hosted my own party.”

Shirley signed up as a BeautiControl Consultant that day. “I thought it would be fun and I really just wanted to make an extra $100 a month,” she says. Shirley was able to earn that extra $100 a month and more. “BeautiControl has truly exceeded my wildest dreams!”

BeautiControl has taken Shirley around the world. “This ride has been amazing! I’ve been
on at least one BeautiControl trip every year since the 1980s,” she says, “I’ve enjoyed trips to Switzerland, Germany – I practically know Hawaii, because I have been there six times. But I would have to say Paris is my favorite. I have been there four times because of BeautiControl, and I am absolutely fascinated by it every time!”

The extra money and trips around the world are wonderful benefits of her business, but today Shirley’s focus for being a part of BeautiControl is centered on other women. “I want to change other women’s lives! I know how much money women can make if they just focus. BeautiControl is the best company in the world, and I want to share the opportunity with everyone I know,” she says, “The opportunity is right in their hands, but they are the ones who have to take it and run with it.”

As a National Executive Director, Shirley can tell you that anyone can do this business if they just believe. “I always knew there was something more out there, and I would find it. I believed, and I was willing to do what it took to succeed,” she says.

Shirley believes the people around her have truly made the difference in her journey with BeautiControl. She says, “Being surrounded by so many great people who believe in you and help you in your journey has made such an impact on my life. It has been a beautiful journey, and I am loving every minute of it!”
